Did You Eat A Lot of Paint Chips as a Kid?

The past month has been hectic, yet boring. I find that I have plenty of time to write blogs, but not enough brain capacity to write something worth reading. Example: This blog entry.

I am still looking for a job! Who would have thunk that it would have taken me so long? While I wait for future employers to reject my applications, I have been doing several things to keep me busy:

-Helped my sister paint her kitchen. It was not as easy as expected, and I got paint in places where one should not get paint. Also, it taught me to never paint in a room with no fresh air. Crystal and I inhaled a bit too much of the paint fumes. I'm hoping that there was no brain damage.

-Listened to my sister's cat go in and out of heat. This cat, coincidentally named Hannah Montana, has been having an incestuous affair with her "brother" (not related by blood), Jackson. It is quite the scandal in the Maia household. She will be getting fixed very soon, as should all creatures named Hannah Montana.-Went shopping with my mom. This should not be done often. It has been said, that when going shopping with my mother, one spends too much money. I should remember this the next time we go bargain shopping. (Seriously, I always get really cute stuff when going shopping with my mom. I must spend money.)

-Helped my dad sort papers and receipts from the past fifty years. One never knows when a receipt from Olive Garden in 1996 will be needed. (Thanks for keeping me company, Dad!)

-Experienced the joy that is Disney on Ice. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Gunnar, dressed as Stitch, chase after Logan with Peter Pan laser swords around the Delta Center. (Oh wait, Energy Solutions Arena.)-Lastly, I have been ruining Crystal's healthy eating by encouraging as much junk food and late nights as possible. The photo below was taken much too late just before a run to Iceberg for much too large shakes, so it's good that the picture is mucho blurry.
Keep your fingers crossed for a good job for me! Love you guys!

Late night shakes. Shopping. Cats in heat.

Why is it that all of that sounds so glamorous to me?
