My Bad

I haven't updated in a long time. I've felt bad, but not bad enough to anything about it. And I haven't commented on all of the blogs that I've been reading. I've wanted to, but my fingers just wouldn't type anything! I'll be better, I promise.

Let's see where did I leave off...

I was looking for a job and staying with Crystal, and missing JM a lot. Well, I got a job shortly after my last post. An incredibly low-paying job. I only worked there for approximately three weeks before quitting. I missed JM too much, and came back to Toronto at the beginning of May. It's nice to be home, but now I'm missing my family a lot! It was so much fun to stay with Crystal and her kids. Thanks again, Crystal!

I missed a lot of events that I would normally blog about. Here's a summary of things that I should have been saying.


Kathy's birthday was in April. She went to Wendover with my dad for the night, and I got house/dog sit for them. They have a huge great dane named Lily, and a terrier mix named Taz. They were great company and I think that Kathy and my dad came back a bit refreshed!

My mom had her graduation and my grandad came up from Mesa to go to it. I was so proud of her! I almost started to cry when she walked out!

I also missed my own birthday post. I turned 25 and am officially feeling quite old, although it seems like I just graduated from high school.

Katrina turned old on May 3, the day before my birthday. We all went to Olive Garden for a joint birthday party/graduation party. It was fun making Gunnar stick breadsticks up his nose. We had another joint birthday party at my dad's the next day. There was "a huge feed," including hamburgers, hot dogs, enchiladas, and various snacks. It was a lot of fun.

Mother's day came and went. I have a fabulous mother and an awesome step-mother. Everyone should be so lucky! Love you Mom and Kathy!

Robert's birthday was at the end of May. I'm pretty sure that he also turned old this year. I wasn't there for his birthday, so I hope that he had a fab party!

I think that's all the celebratory blogs that I should have written. I'll write more details of my Utah adventures later.

As a side note:
JM and I were taking a Sunday stroll yesterday and I noticed a flyer for a garage sale. I'm not sure why I stopped to take a look, since there are lots of flyers everywhere.
