Pathetic

It's sad that all I can think about is how much I miss cable. I discovered a love for a whole bunch of new shows. Our cable had OnDemand service, and I found about 4 or 5 shows that I want to keep watching, but now I can't. (Most of them are on break now anyways, but still...)

1. True Blood

I loved the books, and the series is a little more dramatic, which always makes for a good Sunday evening.

2. Six Feet Under

HBO Canada was replaying the whole series, and I fell in love. I saw the whole series, except for the last episode!!! AHHH!!! So... frustrating.

3. United State of Tara

I had not even heard of this show, and they put Season 1 OnDemand, and I started watching one day when I was bored. It's so clever...

4. Nurse Jackie

This one seems more realistic to me, more so than a lot of TV shows. Well, parts of it, anyways. It's about an ER nurse with a serious prescription drug addiction.

5. And we can't forget about Dexter. It's right up there with The X-Files. How sick and twisted am I?

I'm too poor to have such expensive TV taste.

Take a look, if you've got a minute.

You can watch those online, you know. check out Megavideo. It's got time limits, but I manage to catch up on shows I've missed an such while cleaning house. I don't mind watching them online so long as I'm doing so alone. There's another new service, too (free). Check out this article: http://bit.ly/acwPjE
