1. Drinking 100+ ounces of water, depending on how long I workout that day.
2. Exercising 5 times a week for at least 45 minutes.
3. Switching to whole wheat bread. (It's so hard to give up that white bread.)
4. Eating out only once a week.
5. Eating more fruit.
Some things that I should improve:
1. Not putting cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar on said wheat bread. I'm truly my mother's daughter.
2. Not using the excuse that I NEED to eat more apple crisp because I had no fruit that week. (Whoops.)
3. Eating healthy meals all day, only to eat delicious chips for an hour straight. Chips are my weakness.
Overall, I'm feeling really good. I have a lot more energy and more endurance. Hopefully I can keep this going!

Wahoo! We've been revamping things too, congrats!! It really does feel GREAT!
That's fabulous. I've given up junk just this past week. It's my biggest diet pit. Candy & Tortillas & baked goods gone from my life. I switched to whole grains about 10 years ago and I truly prefer them now. I'm also happy with one slice as opposed to two -- they're so much denser I guess. Two seems too much, but one satisfies me. I mix the cinnamon with splenda :) No sugar, but it's sweet, and honestly, you can't tell the difference. The kids use it too. I have it in a salt shaker so they can just shake it onto their toast.
